Can I set up a custom domain name for my BiP?

A BiP URL starts with www.RyBiP.com/, and after that, you can select an available URL segment for your BiP, in the format of www.RyBiP.com/yourbipname.

If you want a dedicated domain name like www.yourdomain.com, you may purchase one from a provider and redirect it to your BiP.

Who can create a BiP?

Anyone with a RyBiP account can create a BiP.

  • Create an account in RyBiP and log in, or use a Google account to log in.
  • Go to "My Account" in RyBiP sidebar menu and scroll down to find "BiP Creator" section and enable "Do you want to create BiPs?".
  • Then the "Create BiP" button will appear in the RyBiP sidebar menu.
  • Click it to open the "Create BiP" form, select a BiP URL and create a BiP.
  • The new BiP will appear in the RyBiP sidebar menu, in the "My BiPs" section.
  • Click the new BiP you just created to visit it, and start editing.

Can I update my BiP anytime?

Of course, it is your BiP, you can update it whenever you want, even using your mobile phone.

We expect you to keep your BiP up to date. If your BiP has not been updated for 1 year, we will consider it an unwanted BiP and will remove it from RyBiP.

Can a BiP represent a business?

Yes. Regardless of your business's size or type, you can create and use a BiP as your business's official website.

We expect to implement features such as communication with customers, selling items, creating and managing events, etc.

Can artists use a BiP as a portfolio?

Yes. An artist can easily build and maintain a portfolio using a BiP.

A single artist or a group can include a bio, images, videos, and links to all their social media on A BiP, and use it as the landing page/site for their fans.

How is RyBiP different from social media?

RyBiP's primary purpose is to provide a free and simple platform for creating BiPs and to let patrons search for, find, and interact with them.

RyBiP is not a social media app for social networking. RyBiP helps BiP owners publish about themselves and helps patrons discover BiPs.

RyBiP is not a content creation platform for publishing or storing content. RyBiP advises the BiP owners to keep only the necessary and up-to-date content on their BiPs, without overloading the BiP.

How is RyBiP different from other similar tools?

Website creation tools are highly technical and require some expertise to use. Hiring experts to build a website is costly.

Social media platforms are easy to use, but they are loaded with unwanted features.

RyBiP offers simple tools for free to build and maintain a website/portfolio for those with no technical knowledge.

Is a RyBiP mobile/desktop app available?

RyBiP is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which can be installed as a lightweight mobile/desktop app.

Therefore, a separate mobile/desktop app will not be available.

You can install RyBiP on your phone or desktop using this button.

If you do not see the button or the button did not work, try these steps:
  • Edge, Chrome, Brave: Find "install app" button at the end of the address bar.
  • Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen

Once installed, you will never have to update it, as it will always provide the latest version.

NOTE: You have to install the PWA again only if you uninstall/reinstall the browser.
